Dupe Trait Clause.
Roll if your cat has a trait that falls into more than one category.
Rule 1.
Defend your Clan, even with your life. Boundaries must be checked and marked daily. Challenge all trespassing cats.
During a patrol, if an event has a chance to result in death or injury, the following trait categories result in the following outcomes:
Rule 2.
Do not hunt or trespass on another Clan's territory, or in Twolegplaces. Twoleg food is not acceptable food for a warrior.
During a border patrol involving a neighboring Clan, or Twolegs, the following trait categories result in the following outcomes:
Rule 3.
Newly appointed warriors will keep a silent vigil for one night after receiving their warrior name.
All newly appointed warriors are forbidden from patrolling, taking mates, or becoming mentor during the moon they are appointed. This does not apply to medicine cats, but does apply to mediators.
Rule 4.
A cat cannot be made deputy without having mentored at least one apprentice. After the death, retirement, promotion (to a leader status), or exile of the deputy, the new deputy must be chosen before moonhigh.
If a warrior without an apprentice is chosen to be deputy, they will be demoted and another warrior will be chosen. This does not apply if there are no eligible cats. No timeskips, patrols, etc. can be performed until a new deputy has been chosen.* (*Does not apply if "Leaders automatically choose a new deputy" is Enabled.)
Rule 5.
No warrior can neglect a kit in pain or danger, even if the kit is from a different Clan or an outsider.
During an event involving kits, the following trait categories result in the following outcomes:
Rule 6.
A warrior rejects the soft life of a kittypet, the lonely life of a loner, or the fierce life of a rogue.
When a cat is seen having relations with a cat outside of the Clans, their outcome is based on the leader's trait, as well as the leader's relationship with the cat involved:
Rule 7.
A warrior is not allowed to have kits or mates with cats outside of the Clan.
When a cat has kits or mates with a cat outside of the Clan or an unknown cat, roll to decide the outcome of the parent and kits, their outcome is based on the leader's trait, as well as a dice roll:
Rule 8.
Repeat codebreakers must be punished by exile.
When a cat is seen breaking the code, their outcome is based on the leader's trait, as well as a dice roll. Codebreaking offenses stack, a cat who broke the code under a LOVING leader and was not punished will be immediately punished when an AGGRESSIVE leader gets their nine lives:
Rule 9.
Murderers must be punished by exile.
When a cat is caught murdering another cat, their first outcome is based on the way that the murder was discovered: If a cat is only discovered by one cat, the relationship between the murderer and their accuser, as well as the accuser and the leader will dictate whether or not the secret is shared with the leader.
If the secret is uncovered by the Clan, or the secret is shared with the leader, the relationship between the leader and the murderer, as well as the leader's trait will determine the outcome:
Rule 10.
StarClan gives the Clans purpose, life, and laws to live by. One must pay respects to StarClan whenever possible.
During a patrol, if an event involves a StarClan cat, the following trait categories result in the following outcomes:
